You upload at least 10 photos of your goldie, choose a package, pick your scenes (or let us surprise you), and pay. Within 3–5 business days, your portraits arrive in a private personal gallery — every one of them reviewed by our founder for likeness.

The more, the better. Aim for clear, well-lit photos that show your dog's face from a few angles. Outdoor daylight photos are golden (literally). Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or photos where your pup is far away. We use ALL of your references — that's how we make sure it looks like your dog.

Through a beautiful private digital gallery — not a generic file dump. You'll get a link to a curated, downloadable gallery you can share with family, save to your phone, or print straight to canvas.

3–5 business days from when we receive your photos. Good things — and good goldies — are worth the little wait.

At GoldiesEverywhere, every portrait is custom made just for your dog. Because of the personal nature of our work, all sales are final once portraits have been delivered. Before delivery: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at mrsalidin@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before work has begun. After delivery: Because each portrait is uniquely created using your dog's photos, we are unable to offer refunds once your gallery has been delivered. We put enormous care into every order — including a personal review by our founder to ensure your portraits actually look like your dog — and we stand behind that process. We want you to love your portraits. If something feels off about the likeness, reach out before considering it final. We will work with you to make it right. Our goal is for every golden parent to receive something that makes them say "that's MY dog." Incorrect orders: In the rare event that you receive portraits of the wrong dog or a technical error occurred on our end, we will absolutely remake your order at no charge. By placing an order you agree to these terms. 🐾

Yes — and we're transparent about it. We use AI tools guided by multiple reference photos of your dog, then our founder personally reviews every portrait for likeness before it lands in your gallery. Think of us as an AI-assisted studio with a very picky human in the loop.
